What is a “Shared Apartment”?
The Reserve’s shared 4-bedroom apartments are designed for ultimate ease for today’s city dweller. You’ll get your own bedroom (fully furnished) within the 4-bedroom apartment. No need to scramble to find roommates, as your roommates already reside in The Reserve’s spacious apartments. You’ll also get free Wifi, periodic cleanings, basic supplies, access to all special amenity spaces, and your first $50 in utility charges each month included! (1 person allowed per bedroom. No pets are permitted. Minimum 1 Year lease duration).
Can I rent my own private apartment?
Of course! The Reserve features conventional 2-bedrooms & 3-bedrooms for rent. Please note that no Studio or 1-bedrooms exist at the property. (Conventional apartments do not include the services featured for shared apartments).
Vouchers Accepted?
The Reserve accepts Voucher programs, however, they often don’t accept us. Please confirm with your government agent wether the government agency allows “shared apartment” rentals, and if they do, please contact us at Leasing@TheReserveNYC.com. You can also search for available affordable apartments at NYC’s website https://housingconnect.nyc.gov/PublicWeb/. The Reserve’s affordable apartments are only rented through the NYC website. (Our staff is not permitted to rent affordable apartments direct to the public).
Studio Apartments Available?
No. The Reserve has no Studio apartments in the property.
1-Bedroom Apartments Available?
No. The Reserve has no one-bedrooms in the property.
What Furnishings Are Included in Shared Apartments?
Bed, nightstand, lamp, and a closet (or armoire), all in modern aesthetic.
How many bathrooms come in the Shared Apartments?
Two (2) bathrooms in each Shared Apartment.
Features In Apartments
All of The Reserve’s apartments feature in-unit washer-dryers, oversized windows, blackout window shades, heating & cooling in each room, smartlocks, high ceilings, and stainless steel appliances.
Amenities At The Building?
The Reserve features free access to the Living Room lounge, the Parlour & Game Room, and both indoor-outdoor roofdecks (the Vista Lounge & the Skylounge). Other amenities include the Fitness Center, Coworking Room, Wellness Room, Recording Room, Golf Simulator room, which are optionally accessible at an monthly fee.
Minimum Lease Duration?
Twelve (12) months.
Pets Permitted?
Small dogs and cats are permitted at The Reserve (maximum of 1 per apartment), except for in the Shared Apartments. A dedicated “Pet Wash” station is located in the cellar of the property.
Bike Room?
Yes, a bike room is available, at a fee of $10 per month.
Transportation Access?
The Reserve is immediately adjacent to the 4, 5, and 6 subway line & the Metro-North line (and a short walk to the 1, 2, and 3 subway lines). Ample bus service lines are accessible as well. The Reserve’s lobby features a “Transit Screen” which displays real-time departure times for mass transportation.
Year Of Construction?
The Reserve was built new in 2023.
Which Parks Are Nearby?
Marcus Garvey Park, as well as Harlem River Park are nearby. On 124th Street there is a small park as well, a few doors away from the property.
